Everything taken care of in every detail ... the room and bathroom super clean, comfortable mattress, great breakfast we made it romantically on the terrace ... fantastic. The strategic location near St. Mark's Square and tell them they were very nice ... like at home ... thanks Nicola we'll be back!

Charming structure in a historical context just a few steps from San Marco and Rialto. Cozy, clean and with a terrace where you can enjoy, in the utmost tranquility, an excellent breakfast with home made tarts and juices. We hope to return as soon as we are passing through Venice again.

What you liked - Great location to visit Venice in peace and quiet, Nicola is a great host. Breakfast on the terrace gives that extra touch to your stay. Spacious and comfortable room, the bathroom with that "antique" touch in contrast with the more modern room makes everything even better.
